About Chalet Rentals in Gatlinburg

This article explains what you should expect when you rent a Chalet in Gatlinburg. If you have never rented a Chalet, this may help you with your planning.

Gatlinburg is full of hotels, motels, condos and other places to stay. An overnight Chalet rental, however gives you much more bang for your buck. A chalet is located on it’s own private lot and comes with fully equipped kitchens, outside grill, wood burning fireplace, microwave, VCR’s and much more. Many also have whirlpool baths, hot tubs, sauna’s and other amenities. The cost is comparable to a hotel room and if more then one couple are sharing a chalet it costs much less then a hotel. Chalets are in essence the makings of a home, and with you and your friends or family, becomes your home away from home.

The most popular location for overnight rentals is Chalet Village. Chalet Village is divided into two sections. Chalet Village lies mainly in the city limits of Gatlinburg and Chalet Village North is mainly outside the city limits. Either location is fine for visitors and neither has any advantages or disadvantages over the other. All of our Chalets are located in Chalet Village

Chalets will come equipped with linens, bath towels, hand soap and dishwashing detergent.

Chalets have fully loaded kitchens! If you prefer to cook your own meals the Chalets have fully equipped kitchens. They have toasters, blenders, microwave ovens, coffee makers, dishwashers, refrigerator, cooking utensils and other necessities. You can prepare a dinner as easily and completely as you could at home.

The chalet will be made up before your arrival and then daily maid service is not provided until you check out.

One of three Club Houses you have access to with your rental!

All of our Chalets belong to the Owners Club. The Owners Club has pools and tennis courts that are available for use at no charge to our guests. There are three locations and one will only be a few minutes from your Chalet. There will be a pass attached to your keys.

Cades Cove is a beautiful 6,800-acre valley in the National Park located near Townsend, Tennessee. It provides a representative sample of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park's natural and cultural history as well as its recreational opportunities. Open fields lap against 5,500-foot mountain peaks. With more than 2.5 million visitors annually, it is the Park's most popular destination yet it isn’t “crowded‿. Most people come to these 6,800 open acres to observe the wildlife. But in addition to the wide variety of wildlife there are several historic buildings that date to the nineteenth century.
